Therapy with me is interactive, holistic, and straightforward. As a Culturally Responsive Therapist, my top priority is always your emotional safety.

I was born in Brooklyn, NY to Guyanese parents, and my early experiences shaped my desire to understand family systems, trauma, and healing. As an introvert and highly sensitive person, I was drawn to the fields of social work and psychotherapy, where I could hold space for others with empathy and depth.

Healing has always been both personal and professional for me. My journey has been about understanding myself, my roots, and how trauma lives in the body—and that insight guides my work as a Black female holistic psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

I offer online therapy for women of color that is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and rooted in mind-body and somatic approaches. Through virtual somatic therapy and telehealth counseling, I help clients reconnect with themselves, cultivate inner safety, and heal with compassion and intention.

Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or
surface-level strategies.
It’s about:

  • Creating a safe and affirming space

  • Exploring how early experiences shape current struggles

  • Using somatic (body-based) tools to process trauma

  • Supporting you in building healthier relationships with yourself and others

  • Helping you access self-love, self-acceptance, and inner wisdom

I believe we all carry answers within us. My role is to help you uncover and trust those truths, even when the process feels scary or uncomfortable.

I am a seeker. My intention is to support clients in identifying and honoring the truths they carry within. I am a reflective, intuitive, and grounded practitioner who trusts the wisdom each person already possesses. Therapy can be a fearful and fiery process, but with somatic tools and clinical modalities, I believe you can access infinite awareness through the emotional safety and compassion that working with me will offer.
